After graduating from high school I went to work for the FAA as an Air Traffic Controller. I decided it wasn’t for me after about a year and enrolled in college to get a degree in business. I worked full time as a real estate agent and did odd jobs such as construction and landscaping while finishing my degree.

Upon graduation in 1990 I went to work in the real estate mortgage industry as a Loan Officer. I enjoyed a very profitable and upwardly mobile career in the industry all the way up to the “Crash of 2008”, at which point I exited the industry.

From that point I began to reinvent myself; flipping homes and learning Commercial Real Estate finance and investment. In 2013 I began teaching myself computer programming as I could see many opportunities for an entrepreneur to be creative and prosperous in that arena. I now see great potential again in the mortgage lending industry both residential and commercial with the incoming Trump Administration as regulation eases and GDP increases.

SINCE THE CRASH OF 2008

Since the “Crash of 2008” I’ve spent the last eight years in a variety of capacities. As an Entrepreneur I’ve financed millions of dollars in commercial real estate and flipped a handful of residential properties.

I’ve trained myself software programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP and database MySql. I have freelanced for companies needing both Client and Server Side code as well as complete web sites. In fact I designed this very web you are reading right now.

Responsible for performing field underwriting of complete first and second non confirming mortgage loan packages. Presented purchase bids for loan packages to retail mortgage brokers and bankers and then followed through with funding and secondary marketing.
